Allowing all to flow naturally once acknowledged and put into play.

Listening to music and/or chanting whilst Meditating will relax your entire being enabling you to release your inner turmoil and ease the congestion within.

The body will relax and respond in a good way.

Mental fog will dissipate and the mental anguish and turmoil will ease and fade away.

Clarity will surge forward.

Body, Mind and Spirit work together in Meditation resulting in ease of energy flow within and around the body, calming of nerves, soothing of tensions, centering of self and filling one with joy as we connect with who we are.
