A lot is going on in the World as we know it right now.
We all have to come to terms with the changes that are rapidly taking place around us and the follow on changes that are now taking place in our lives.
The current situation is causing new stresses, greater anxiety and fear of the ramifications of this new illness that is spreading amongst the population quite quickly.
Our emotions are heightened and our anxieties can be more easily triggered by the tension arising from the day to day crisis we find ourselves in at the moment.
If you are feeling the pressure of current circumstances, your anxiety and stress levels have increased and have become forefront, making you feel more unsettled and fearful.
It is time to do something constructive about calming your mind and body so that you can work with the new situation in which you find yourself and develop better ways in helping to navigate yourself through this stressful scenario now and over the coming months.
Work on soothing your bewildered mild so that you can function better at work or at home on a daily basis.
Strive to clear the clutter from your mind, gain clarity and work on problem solving, finding solutions and bringing your focus back to now and living in the now.
Focus on what you can do to make your life easier and better.
More changes will follow.

In the meantime let’s sit down and relax body and mind with
A Relaxing Breathing Session.
A minimum of 10 minutes sitting and utilizing your breathing techniques to help support body and mind as well as your Emotional and Physical body and your Chakra system.
First of all make a lemon tea brew – for soothing aromatics.
Next we shall light a candle- placed in holder or on a plate.
Place these objects in a safe spot within the room you have chosen for your relaxation session.
Play some Meditation music or soothing music, if you so desire.
All set.
Let us begin.
Become seated in your desired location, on a cushion, mat or rug.

Close your eyes when you are ready
Your session today is a minimum of 10 minutes with a maximum of 30 mins.
You can follow these instructions daily for as long as you desire.
Deep breath in and a deep breath out.
We are now ready to begin our Relaxing Breathing Session using our Breathing Technique Routine.
Deep breath in – hold for a count of three
Long breath out – on a count of three
Short breath in – on a count of three, hold breath for a count of three
Short breath – out on a count of three
Normal breath in
Normal breath out, continuing with the count of three
Deep and long breath in
Deep and long breath out
Deep breath in
Deep breath out.
Working with the different breath lengths continue on for the next 5-6 minutes.
Breathing in an a count of three, holding for a count of three and Breathing out (releasing) on a count of three.
Continue alternating the breath and lastly settling on the long breath in and out towards the end of your workout.
Sitting in yoga pose resting and relaxing.
Releasing your anxiety and your stress.
Feel the calm envelop your entire being as you embrace your Breathing Technique.
Breathing out the tension
Breathing in (inhaling) beautiful and calming energies that will flow into, within and throughout your entire being and network and then flow outwards into your Auric Field and Layers.
Filling you with uplifting vibrations from the Universal Source.
Easing tensions and releasing your stress and anxiety.
You smell the beautiful aromatics that your lemon tea is giving out.
Breathe in the aromatics.
Soothing smells.
Calming, relaxing and mood boosting.
Supporting your health, mental health and well-being.
Breathe
When you have decided to end your session :
Breathe deeply and quickly in on a count of three and then release quickly on your outgoing breath.
Breathe in long x 2
Breathe out long x 2
Resume normal breathing.
Lastly take one more long breath in and then exhale on a long breath out and totally relax.
OM x 2 to complete, set and close your session.
Remain sitting quietly for a few more minutes.
Slowly open your eyes if you had closed them.
Take note of how you feel.
Think about your experience.
Did the Aromatics improve and heighten your breathing experience.
Write down any concepts, thoughts or feelings invoked by your session.
Discuss with like-minded souls if you are looking for clarity.
In your own time stretch, stand up and when feeling centred and balanced take a few steps forward and then continue to walk around.
Snuff out your candle.
Turn your music down or off and remove the lemon tea from the room.

How To Make Lemon Tea?
