Sitting within Self

 

Focus on the good things life has to offer.

Recognise the bad, the negative and the unsavoury side of life and move on looking at the positive side of that coin.

Focus on the good deeds, good intentions, happy outcomes and the joy that is fueled within as your energy vibrations soar.

Acknowledge that life is a mix of good and bad.

Take from it the learning you need and then move on.

Focus on uplifting self, working through the difficult stuff and living and playing in that arena that lifts your soul energy.

We live, we learn and we grow.

Nurture the beautiful soul that you are.

Fuel the body with sustaining and satisfying meals.

Work with Modalities that lift your spirit and your energy.

Connect with these energies on a deeper personal level.

Delve within, sort out the rubbish, let go that which no longer serves your higher purpose.

Look for the people, group and trusted friends who will help you maintain your level of vibration, keep a positive outlook and support your positive intentions.

Create and action your good intentions and your goals.

Maintain your energy levels.

Work on furthering your spiritual connections.

Spend time on correcting and balancing your Chakras, building up your energy network within and strengthening the energy field around your being.

 

Sit within yourself.

By this I mean, whilst Meditating either laying down or in seated pose, imagine yourself sitting in yoga pose within yourself.

You are relaxed, your hands rest gently in your lap, your eyes are closed and you are gently breathing in and out on a count of three and in your mind’s eye you see yourself sitting within yourself.

Calm, centred, relaxed and at peace.

Zen like.

Not a care in the world.

Simply being.

This is your imagery..

 

See how long you can sit in this imagery, from a few minutes for up to 20 minutes.

Enjoy the relaxation, the calm and the peacefulness that shall present itself.

Take note of what you are feeling, of what you are sensing and the thoughts that come forth during your session.

Contemplate all at the end of sitting within.

When you have put in your allotted time Om x 5 within your head space to begin the process of returning your focus to your outer being.

Om x 2 out loud to bring your consciousness back to now.

Remain seated and continue relaxing for a few more minutes, allowing your energetic energy to settle and become seated.

Open your eyes.

Yawn, stretch out your arms and gently move your hands and feet.

Remaining seated with hands back in your lap.

Breathing gently in and out on a count of three.

Relaxing.

Breathing in and out on a count of three several more times.

Now take a deep breath in on a count of three and then exhaling on a long breath out on a count of three.

Resume normal breathing.

In your own time, stand up, move around and Om one final time to acknowledge completion and closure of your session.
