Rest, Relax and Reflect

Meditation, Om work, Mantra and /or Affirmation recitations, all together, separately or as a combination of practices will help align, restore and balance your energies and Chakras.

I am continuing with these practices in small doses after having surgery to help re-align affected energy flow and Chakra Centres.

I did find that after surgery my energy flow was affected, it had become disrupted which meant it was also misaligned due to the operation, anesthetics and medications given afterwards.

Being unwell and unfocused due to the effects of surgery and such, I have only been doing small amounts of Om work and clearing work on my body, mind and energy zones.

I have found the Om practice to be of great benefit to me over several evenings after surgery.

My energy flow lines began to slowly re-align and my core balance adjusted and became stronger.

Both of these were out of whack within me.

 

Last night I began my Om work to find that I was not really connecting very well at all.

My thoughts are that, I was able to correctly align and balance my energies over the previous evenings Om work practices.

To me it means that I do not require more Om vibrational work at the moment.

I will rest in the energy for the next 2-4 days before doing any more Om work.

 

If you find that the Om vibrational correction energy is not working for you at any given time, take a break for a few days.

You may find that you have created the necessary balance within body and mind and you just now need to rest, relax and reflect for a few nights instead.

Your energy vibration is where it needs to be for you right now.

So rest, relax and reflect on your days events.

Clear your energy or mind of unwanted thoughts and negative or impacting vibrations associated with events that have taken place around you or to you personally.

Rest body and mind, and when you next try your Om work, Meditation or Affirmation work, you should find it will work beautifully after having taken a small break for several days, having allowed your energies to rest in balance.

 

I found that my body had under gone a big correction of energy flow one evening, as I did feel the correction take place.

I spent last evening resting, relaxing and reflecting on recent events.

I will continue to reflect for a few more nights before doing more Om work sessions, which are helpful in settling the body and mind as well as correcting energy flow, alignment and chakras.

I have found this approach to be greatly beneficial to my health, well-being, healing and dealing with day to day life.

I have a more positive attitude and approach to whatever happens.

A big help when facing difficult times.

I too have days which are great and then I will also have that odd day which sends me back to bed for rest.

 

Be intuitive.

Listen to your body and to what it is telling you.

Rest when you need to.

Look after self.

Look after your mental state, your physical well-being and your energy flow and chakras.

Look after self and be the best you can be.

Life is certainly interesting.

Make sure to find the time to rest, relax and reflect and restore on days that you are not Meditating or doing other practices.

Be good to self.

Be kind to self.
