Circle

Meditation

 

Walk around in a wide circle.

Sit in the centre of your virtual circle.

Om three times to set up your energy zone.

Relax in yoga pose.

Close your eyes.

Breathe.

Relax.

Release.

Breathe.

Breathe in your rhythmic breathing pattern for five to ten minutes.

Relax your body and quieten your mind.

 

Om.

Sound out a short Om.

Then do a long Om.

Om for five to ten minutes.

Om out loud or internally.

Choices.

Om long and loud.

Om soft and gentle.

Om in different tones.

Enjoy working with Om.

Marvel at the different sounds which come forth.

You are tuning, re-tuning and fine tuning your energy vibrations and connections.

Om

When you feel you have chanted enough, sit quietly and just be for a short while.

Relax.

Breathe.

Allow thoughts to come and go and visions to inspire and reassure you.

Breathe.

Feel the calm and the peacefulness of just being.

Relax.

Breathe.

 

Your thoughts will wander back to self.

You will become more aware of self and of your body and your environment.

It is now time to complete your session.

Begin by deeply breathing in and deeply breathing out.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale with a deep breath out.

Long breathe in.

Short breath out.

Quick breath in.

Quick breath out.

Now resume normal breathing.

Gentle breathing in and out.

 

Om x 1 Strongly and purposefully.

 

Now,

Om x 1 to complete your session and to release your circle.

After the Om

say: “ I release my circle and complete my session now”.

 

Once again,

Om x 1 to complete and close your session.

After this final Om

say : “My session is now closed”.

 

In your own time open your eyes.

Wiggle your toes and fingers.

Stand and stretch when you are ready to do so.

Take a deep breath in and then exhale on a long breath out.

Breathe.

 

Feel calmer.

Be at peace with all and be filled with enthusiasm and joy.

 

OM once more to set your intentions and vibrations.

Please remember when undertaking this meditation session to Om three times at the beginning and Om three times at the finishing of this session to release the circle and close and complete your session.

Final Om will set all vibrational energy changes.
