Expression of Love Soothes

I found the mantra Love Soothes to be a very useful tool and exercise in helping me to find balance, focus and stability during very trying times. I bounced back very quickly and continued to repeat this mantra for nearly a month.

The connection with self is truly wonderful and always brings a smile to my face and a feeling of true inner happiness springs up and infuses my entire being.

Mantra repetition is very rewarding on all mental, physical and spiritual levels. Mantra Love Soothes is a very simple affirmation. It is also very powerful.

Simply put, I spent several minutes, morning and night, repeating Love Soothes mantra slowly and evenly seven times each session, to feel the connection and to be present whilst the subtle changes were taking place within and around my being.

This is the effect the mantra energy had on myself.

Love has a sense of calm, patience and unity.

Love corrects energy flowed through my body searching for areas within which needed healing, adjusting and aligning, as I became aware that my energy was not flowing correctly. This in turn had a flow on effect with not functioning at the level I required at the time. My concentration was shot. My energy levels were drained and I was in a mental fog state.

Love corrects energy flowed through me connecting to all of the displaced energies. Setting up energy lines connecting to the Love Connects energy.

Beautiful energy zoomed within connecting all displaced energy zones, broken energy patterns and pathways, uniting all.

I could feel and see (in my mind’s eye) the energy searching, connecting and correcting as it went.

It was like watching white lines light up into beams of pure white light and this energy moved and flowed throughout my body.

An incredible sight and feeling as parts of you connect and seem to come alive. Through stress, illness and fear many of my pathways had become blocked and broken. Now was the time to restore the pathways, lighting them up with this wonderful surge of positive energy.

The feeling of knowing that your connections are all coming back online , is incredible. It is like welcoming back a long lost friend. It truly brings a smile to your face and happiness radiates within.

The energy of love corrects and the love connects, is working wonders. The energies progressively unite and restore the pathways, heal the pathways and allow correct energy flow and movement within and around the body.

We now come to the heart of the mantra.

Love empowers Self.

Love.

We are the heart and soul of self.

We must cherish, honor and love self to be one with who we are and to empower our being.

To feel strong, focused and stable. To acknowledge who we are. To be, who we are.

Own our power of self.

To empower our being.

To be strong, mentally and spiritually.

To stand tall in the knowledge of who you really are, and where you are heading in life.

Find the light within.

Access the light.

Live.

You, my dear, are the light within.

Find it.

Nurture it.

Embrace it.

Empower you – with Love.

I am who I am.

Look within.

Heal.

Correct.

Connect.

Empower self and find you.

A beautiful soul.

A wonderful being of light with so much to offer, to give and to receive.

Let it shine forth so that you and others may see the great journey has many rewards, of good health, mental well-being, positive attitudes and outlook on life and the ability to problem solve, find resolutions in life’s situations.

Love is a gentle caring energy.
