Intensely Personal

 

A time to sit and wonder.

Time to sit in a circle with like-minded people.

To sing.

To chant.

To meditate.

In seated yoga pose.

Rested, calm and attentive.

Holding a crystal in your hands upon your lap.

Holding a momento or photo.

Having thoughts of the future in your mind.

Or thoughts of deeds long past.

Rest.

Settle.

Adjust posture.

Breathe.

As a group we begin our meditative circle session together.

 

When only one person is partaking of this session, follow the previous suggestions.

Sit, be seated in yoga pose, holding item of interest to you, breathe gently and commence your meditative session.

 

Sing or chant a mantra for seven minutes.

Allow the full voice to peter off slowly.

To slowly quieten after 6 minutes to the point your voice becomes completely silent.

Close your eyes.

Holding the crystal, momento, photo or thought of the day, begin breathing gently in and out for a few minutes.

Rest and relax your body.

Take a deep breath in, hold for a count of three and now ease out the outgoing breath.

Gently breathe in, hold and gently breathe out.

Focus your thoughts on your crystal, photo or momento and go with the flow.

Allow images, thought and feelings to enter your mind.

Continue easy breath work for 5-15 minutes.

Alternating with a few deep breaths in and out as you go deeper into meditative state.

Breathe easy.

Allow the energy to move you.

Let the energy swirl around your being and work with your body and mind.

Be calm.

Be relaxed.

Release unwanted energies, sending them to mother earth for transformation.

Breathe in lovely light energy.

Allow the flow of thoughts and feelings.

Continue with your gentle breath work.

Quiet.

Calm.

Images, thoughts and feelings move within you.

Take note of what is taking place.

Remember your experiences so that you can reflect upon it all after your session is completed.

Stay subtly focused on what is transpiring.

Enjoy the journey and go with the flow.

Enjoy the letting go of issues.

Acknowledge new thoughts and answers that come through to unspoken questions.

Let the thoughts flow.

Allow your feelings to grow and intensify.

Understanding dawns within.

Intensity slowly diminishes over the duration of the session.

All that you require will flow through to you this session.

Relaxed.

Calm.

The energies will ease back after a short period of time.

Thoughts and feelings as well as images will become less intense.

Easing off slowly.

You are now becoming more aware of yourself sitting and of your surroundings as the intensity of your session eases off.

Keep up with the breath work for a little longer.

Now take a deeper breath in, hold for a count of three and then slowly release the outgoing breath.

Time for a quick breath in, and a quick breath out.

Resume normal breathing.

Stay seated for a few more minutes and when you are ready, open your eyes, stretch your arms and wiggle your feet.

OM  three times to complete and close your session.

When you feel ready, slowly stand up, stretch and move around.

 

Enjoy a cool glass of water or refreshment after your session is completed.

Place your crystal on the windowsill overnight for clearing of energies.

Write down your experiences so that you may sit, contemplate and reflect upon it all at a later date.

 

Enjoy the wonderful experiences that mantra and meditation bring to you.

Soothing, calming and beneficial to your health and well-being.

A clearing of old patterns.

A clearing of energy.

Removal of blockages.

A revitalization of self and self awareness.

See and feel the difference yourself.

Meditation and mantra offer you a chance to truly have an intensely personal experience with self.

All on a very spiritual level.

An opening of mind, allowing change of mindset, a shift in focus and a deep spiritual connection and understanding will develop.

A truly personal experience with the opportunity to develop and acquire more knowledge and understanding about yourself and your spiritual being.

A time to tap into and connect with the energy flow.

To feel that energy vibration and movement within and around your self.
