Staying in touch with the practices with a little Om Guru Om work at night.

Helps to adjust and centre my energies.
Core balance is essential for a better connection with body and self.
Corrects and eases thought patterns allowing clearer view of current circumstances. Resulting in better choices and ideas of how to conduct yourself.
Having a clearer mind, being focused and having clearer thoughts and visioning of future endeavours.
