Pain

Discomfort

Unfocused

Not well co-ordinated mentally and spiritually.

Body is not co-operating with the mind.

The pathways have been compromised.

Physical illness, being unwell, body parts which have been impaired due to damage or structural change requiring treatment or surgery.

The mind.

The body.

The spiritual aspect of being.

All are having a hard time keeping it all together.

One day the mental synapsis are firing well but the body is under duress with pain or discomfort.

Other days, the body is just feeling uncomfortable but the mind has wondered off and now your entire being is not working or responding well.

Underneath all of this your emotions rise and fall.

The fallout of this experience is quite detrimental to Self.

You become lost in the body and mind conflict which rages within you due to illness that continues over a period of time.

Working through the conflict of body and mind is not easy at the best of times.

You are trying to deal with the circumstances you now find yourself in and are looking at the road ahead.

A long road, you see.

We take each day as it comes, as that is the only way to do it as one walks this difficult path.

A phase.

A longer phase for some.

It is not all bad.

One gets to look deeper into Self.  To become more aware of what the mind, spirit and body are voicing.

A road that actually opens up more to self as you journey along.

Discovery.

 

Meditation, Mantra, Affirmations are my main tools of help and assistance along this path that I walk.

Also make the time to get out of the house as staying stuck indoors can create more issues with mental health.

Going down the street, accompanied, to go and grab a coffee or some lunch with a loved one, friend or family member.

Remember to partake in life. In small doses if that is all you can manage and as often as you can.

Lifting your mood, making positive changes in your day.

Too get through this illness you must rise above the pain, discomfort and the depression which may ensue otherwise.

Make an effort. Go out and have a drink or dinner with a friend.

Chat when you need to get some of what you are going through off your chest.

Ease the mind.

Fuel the body and heighten your mood.

Think positive and be as positive as you can.

 

Affirmation is currently my friend.

Simple verses to say and by creating a positive background vibration to your situation, you will remain more focused and the body and mind will begin to co-operate and unite.

Small stints of chant work can be done silently or by voicing out loud.

 

Affirmations :

Say what you wish to convey to self.

These are my Affirmations.

I am happy and healthy.

I am focused.

I have clarity of mind, thoughts and visions.

I will recover well.

I am well.

My mind, body and spirit are co-ordinated.

 

Repeat daily or nightly for as long as required.

 

Other practices to raise your mood.

Burn a candle in a safe location, scented or unscented.

Play some music.

Walk or sit in the garden.

Read a book.

Relax.

Rest and uplift your being.

 

You may be sick, unwell, tired or facing surgery. You do not have to feel totally miserable.

Look after Self.

Eat well.

Have plenty of fluids.

Rest and relax with the help of the tools listed above.

Try socialising in small groups or with a couple of people.

Go outside the house and sit in the garden or go have that coffee date with a friend.

Be out in the sun.

Chat, smile and breathe deeply.

You are alive.

Live with more confidence and be more positive.

The small things in life are just as important as the big things.

Break it down.

Do what you can, when you can.

Nourish self and uplift your mood when you are able.

Positive thoughts will bring about positive outcomes.

Above all else, we must look to Self and love and nurture that part of us.

It needs our help in coping and moving through this phase of ours.

Find the positives and work with the tools of Meditation, Mantra, Affirmations, Music and friends to see you through this journey.

It is your journey.

A positive mind will assist in your healing.

Create a mindset that helps you.

A mindset that will help you conquer your fears and anxieties.

One must look after self in a positive way to get through this period of illness and unwellness.

Mantra, Meditation and Affirmations in small doses are very effective.

Repeat daily for several weeks or longer to help connect the vibrations of your words to the vibrations within body, mind and spirit. A deeper connection will follow as your energy responds to the affirmations vibrations.

Create a positive outlook.

You have family and friends who will help to assist you.

Assist yourself as well.

When not feeling the best, try a short chant.

It will move your thoughts away from what is troubling you and will soothe the mind for a time and help to create adjustments of your energy flow within and around the body.

Try it and see for yourself.

 

I am using these tools myself currently to assist my mindset and health.

To promote a healthier way of looking at and working through my issues.

All tools and mechanisms to help you cope with life’s issues and health.

Coping is the biggest issue that we are faced with in the short and long term.

Find the tools which support your health and well-being.

Physically, Spiritually and Mentally.

Body, spirit and mental health require support on a daily basis.

Combine these tools with the advice given to you by your Doctors and Professional advisors to create a more positive outlook and approach to your circumstances.

Use these tools to create a more positive attitude towards your health and well-being journey.

You are not alone.
