It is a good idea to create your own area for rest, relaxation and meditation.
Create your own zen space for time out, reflection and soul revival.
Musical instruments, singing bowls, crystals to hold or place near you, soothing music playing in the background. Sound of running water from a fountain feature.
Cushions, yoga mat, blanket/shawl for comfort and warm.
A cosy room with heating or a fireplace. Candles and tealights burning in a safe holder combined with incense. A salt or selenite lamp for diffused lighting.
Wall hangings, chimes and ornaments to enhance your space.
You can certainly have multiple places to rest and relax. At home indoors ,outside in the back yard, in a undercover area, a park, a field, the beach and if you are outdoors a lovely campfire will certainly give you a different experience.
Create your own zen space where you can sit, relax and meditate for 5- 45 mins.
Om to start your session.
Begin your breathing techniques whilst listening to your chosen music. Continue with your breath work and if you wish to you may add in the sounding / chanting of Om to compliment your session.
Keep on with your breath work and sounding of Om. You will slowly tune in to self and ease into meditation.
Your awareness will return to where you are and what you are doing when your energy work has been completed.
Om seven times to complete and close your meditation session.
Sit quietly for a further five mins after completing your session. Open your eyes, gently stretch and then stand up and move around once you feel your energies have settled.
Enjoy a glass of water after your session to refresh and hydrate your body and to aid in the cleansing of your system.
Meditation is a mind and energy vibration workout.
