Healthy attitude
Thoughts that are coming in loud and strong pertain to sitting within your own inner energy hub.
For those who have not studied with me, this means for one to sit, relax, begin breathing exercises and direct your focus to your inner hub.
Your inner hub lies between your Solar Plexus and your Sacral region.
This is where our energy hub resides.
We focus on this region as we work on our breathing techniques and chant OM.
Through our breathing exercises and chanting we are able to stimulate and activate energy movement within the hub.
This energy gains momentum and intensity during our focused breathing and chanting exercises and can be transmitted throughout the body and extended out into our Auric field and layers.
Power lies within.
The power to fuel and support your entire energetic system.
In recent times I have found that due to my ongoing unwellness maintaining my regular tuning in practices have diminished.
Partly because my unwellness has impacted on so many levels of my health and well-being.
To be getting this message loudly and ever so strongly over the last several days gives me the opportunity to sit down and rethink my direction.
I will take this as a sign for me to start putting my teachings back into practice on a more regular basis.
Tuning in on self.
Working on actively focusing within the hub and breathing life back into my inner self.
I will not be able to voice out loud/chant due to lack of voicing ability.
I will instead concentrate on gentle breathing and tuning into my hub.
A few minutes daily or nightly to start with and I will build it up when my body is ready to do so.
It may not sort out my lack of voice.
It will give me the opportunity to take some ownership and power up my energy from within.
I feel that will be the right thing to do now.
Power up the hub and allow that energy to build up, amplify and permeate my entire being.
This will indeed help support my mental state and get me back into a better energy vibration and environment.
This practice may not sort out all issues, but it will allow me to venture forth and tackle my current situation from another angle.
Timing.
I have always stayed connected to my energy but due to health issues, breathing and voice related, I have not been able to do my breathing exercises or chanting sessions for nearly a year.
Looks like I am devising a way around this situation.
Better late than never, I guess.
My headspace is obviously clearing thus allowing this information to flow forth and solutions coming to hand.
Starting again at a basic level and building it up as time goes by.
Gentle breathing exercises.
Relaxing.
Tuning in on self.
Focusing on your hub to activate and amplify the energy within which will support your entire energetic network.
Finishing off with a little Om work.
Inner voice mode for me.
Be gentle on Self.
I have waged an inner war over these issues throughout the first 9 months as I tried to come to an understanding of what the heck was going on.
I have stepped back from that a couple a couple of months ago still none the wiser but deciding getting angry with myself was not going to fix the situation.
With my headspace now clearing I take that as a positive sign to start focusing more on what I can achieve and not what I cannot change.
