Feelings

Feelings

I certainly had an odd time of it last week.

A wee bit emotional, feeling really annoyed and upset.

Roller coaster of emotions which led into another episode of losing one’s voice.

Scheduled appointments did not go to plan and then a game of Ping Pong between parties took place over the week.

Another appointment date has now been settled upon, so now we wait and see what pans out.

During that week I was a tad emotional and was quite happy to continue being unhappy and grumpy for that one particular day.

I gave myself permission to be grumpy and annoyed over this course of events, telling myself I can let it all go overnight and wake up feeling better the next day.

Of course, still annoyed at the way the last few days unfolded, but with a better headspace to acknowledge and process the events.

I followed the be grumpy and let it go theme over two nights.

Feeling better in myself since then.

I allowed myself to slightly indulge in my feelings of frustration, annoyance and what the heck is happening with the knowledge that upon going to bed I would let it be and allow that energy to move on overnight.

I found this time round it was better to follow this system to deal with it and move it on in a gentler way.

Rather than telling myself to buck up, get over it and start focusing on better outcomes and views.

Either way works.

It was kinda good to try a different approach and see where that led me.

Really to same point if I had tried the more measured approach of get over yourself and look ahead to a better outcome/resolve to the current situation.

After several days of trying a different formula I am at that point of looking at it all with a different perspective.

We are all so different and deal with setbacks, drama and unfolding situations in our own unique way.

Time has allowed me the opportunity to look over the situation and see it in a new light.

My voice is slowly coming back in thank goodness.

Life throws us some very interesting and curious scenarios to deal with over our lifetime.

We do the best we can when faced with situations that we are a part of but we are not in control of, nor its outcome.

How we deal with it /work through it is very individual.

One way is not better than another.

It is what it is on the day.

Take care

Take heart

Sometimes we simply stumble along.

At other times we are focused, strong in Body and Mind and our innermost us knows what they are about.

Remember that we can tune back into self, re-centre our thoughts, strengthen our resolve and build up our energetic grid to support and balance our Body, Mind and Spirit.

Exactly the support we need when feeling a bit low and off tangent.

Brighten your Spirit with a little Om time and a good energetic breath work session.

It truly does make a difference to one’s being.

Blessings
