Feel the energy lighten within.

Feel the energy build within your hub.

The force of Kundalini.

Given life and regular nurturing this fire within will gather strength and begin to flow with verve from within your hub to all other parts of your being.

Om – feel the lift and change in demeanour as you continue to chant and move the energies within.

Om work adjusts, corrects, stabilises, centres and uplifts Body, Mind and Spirit.

Allow time to sit within the energies for awhile.

When you are ready.

Stand for a minute.

Turn on the light.

Snuff out the candle which has been placed in a secure and safe place.

Please make sure the candle has been put in an appropriate candle holder before commencement of your session.

Slowly turn down the volume of your music before turning it off.

Stand for a minute or two.

Stretch.

Flex your arms and legs.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Feel the body elongate.

Breathe in deeply and breathe out long.

Relax.

Prayer hands in the centre of your chest.

Om to complete and close your session.
