Laying down upon your bed or sitting in a favourite chair.
Sit, lay, relax, release and re-generate the possibilities from within your energetic hub.

Breathe in, breathe out – repeat breathe in, breathe out several times.
Focus on Breath and breathing whilst in this mode.
Draw your attention to your Solar Plexus and your Sacral Chakras now.
Breathe in deeply.
Breathe out long.
Continue with this breath work incorporating some Om sound work as you go.
Take your time.
There is no rush.
Sit within self for 5 – 15 minutes.
Breathing gently in, breathing gently out.
Then mixing up your breath work with a few short breaths in, accompanied with a few short breath’s out.
Breathe in long, hold for a count of three, release outgoing breath on a count of three.
Om (mentally) on the in breath.
Long exhale on the out going breath x 5.
Continue to mix up the breath work for a little longer.
When you are ready finish off with gentle in and out breaths x 5 to help settle your energetic workout.
Draw upon your breath work.
Direct the breath work energy into your Solar Plexus and Sacral Chakras.
Feel the energy surge and rise within.
Allow the energy to build up.
When you are ready, mentally direct the accumulated energy to move within and flow into every other chakra, one by one.
Breathing gently, take note of how you are feeling right now.
Clearer in mind.
Lighter in body.
Energised.
Feeling good overall.
Focused and happier in self.
A little bit of breath work coupled with Om energy vibrations will work wonders on body and mind.
