A new day in June

 

A new day has dawned.

Life continues regardless of restrictions.

A time to reflect.

A time to make new goals and live in the moment.

Re-establish a link to yourself and your close friends and loved ones.

Become grounded in your own energy.

Grow within as you take the time to nurture yourself.

Look after your being for a change.

Focus on your health and well-being.

Exercise within your limits and limitations.

Re-assess your eating plan.

Make a habit of drinking up to 8 glasses of water each day.

Staying hydrated helps your entire system.

Nutrients are easily delivered to your cells.

Keeping well hydrated means your brain will be working appropriately with the added benefit of supporting a better mood scenario.

Hydration regulates body temperature, lubricates joints and helps with sleeping.

It aids your digestion and supports your muscles, organs and other bodily functions.

 

Dehydration on the other hand can cause brain fog, dizziness, confusion, fatigue, sugar cravings, bad breath and sluggishness.

To avoid these bad side effects maintain hydration.

 

Eat to support your body and mind.

Fuel the body with some nourishing and healthy foods.

Mix up your meals for a bit of fun.

Enjoy a mix of nuts, seeds, grains, proteins, leafy green vegetables, yoghurts, fruits, salad components and vegetables.

Whether that be a bowl of soup, a salad with or without protein, a bowl of yoghurt, fruit and nuts , fruit smoothies, a plate/bowl of  protein, vegetables and grains.

You feel better when you partake of a more well rounded and balanced meal.

 

Exercising will assist you in maintaining a happier and healthier mindset.

Walking is good for the soul.

Get those feel good vibes by exerting yourself a little.

Great for your body and mind.

Walking means moving limbs, getting the heart pumping, breath work and easing the stiffness in joints and muscles.

A good way to release tensions and stress.

Walking gives you the opportunity to reflect on issues, discuss circumstances if walking with a friend or family member.

Air whatever concerns you and clear the mind.

Being out and about walking and moving the body has many great benefits.

We have the time to amend our way of thinking and living.
