It is always nice feeling you are back on track.
Feeling so much better after a walk.
That feel good energy you get after a bit of exercise.
Great mood enhancer.
The mind is clearer.
I feel less stressed.
In calm mode now.
Feeling centred and energized.
Clarity of mind.
Thinking more clearly.
The feeling of calm and ease with that added sense of all is well in my universe.
I will savour every moment of this feeling.
Sometimes it lasts for several day’s, at other times it is short lived.
Moments to enjoy and later recall.
A beautiful walk that has eased the stress and released the tightness within my body.
Being gentle with myself as my body heals, recovers and repairs.
Feeling uplifted and happy.
Calm and relaxed.
Putting pen to paper.
Thoughts flowing easily and readily today.
Thankful for the opportunities to grow and learn.
Thankful that I am able to share my thoughts and experiences.

Never underestimate the power of a walk.
Getting outside and exercising the body and mind is truly uplifting.
A powerful tool for lifting up your spirit and helping you to rise up out of a depressive state.
Slowly and surely getting out and about for a walk and connecting with that which is around you will make a difference in your attitude and support your health and well-being.
It has certainly helped me.
I am looking forward to getting out a lot more as summer approaches.
