Winters’ Warmth
Tiredness is part of the condition, where health is a little under par.
Rest and relax to restore your energies.
Keep warm and eat well.
Allow a few days of resting the mind and body to restore your energies to their natural balance.
Sleep well and recover all the more quickly.
Find the balance with rest, relaxation, eating well and getting enough sleep each night.
The conscious mind awakens in the morning feeling more alert and focused after a good nights rest.
A good regime to follow to lift up one’s energies, one’s vibrations and one’s mood.
Warmth from the sun’s rays will calm the senses and the rich vibrant warmness will flow around you and into your being, making you feel soothed and comforted.
It is so lovely to have a room to sit in and be warmed by the heat from the sun.
The warmth of the day flows through the windows heating up the room and warming those within.
A truly wonderful pleasure on a cool winters’ day.
Relaxing, soothing, and very calming as I sit here now and feel the warmth envelope me and move within.
I am feeling wonderfully light right now.
Soothed, warmed and very relaxed.
It is always a pleasure to be in the Reiki room in the late afternoon.
It is even more delightful to be surrounded by my many different crystals and enjoying the unique energy of my Reiki room.
It is calm.
It is peaceful.
Warming all as the light and heat from the sun filters through the windows and the curtains.
I am taking the time to sit in here, to write and to enjoy the late afternoon warmth of the sun.
The energy in here is very calming and relaxing.
A little OM work at the end of the day will also help in aligning my chakras, uplifting my energies and help with correcting my energy flow, if it is needed.
It also helps with clearing the mind and aids one in sweeping away the cobwebs of self doubt.
A bit of Mantra thrown into the mix will also be very beneficial.
Recite a Mantra that helps you visualize good health, being happy and achieving your goals.
A positive Mantra will reinforce a positive mindset and be instrumental in creating positive outcomes.
Sitting in my Reiki room has proved to be warming, calming, enlightening and very therapeutic.
I am listening to my mind and body, and know now that it is time for me to put pen and paper away.
Time for me to keep warm and go and relax on the couch with a blanket for the rest of the evening.
Rest and relax to help restore your energy levels and bring balance to body and mind.
Add some Om work, Meditation or Mantra into your daily routine to support your health and well-being.
It does make a difference.
I practice these Modalities and I know what a difference they have made to my way of thinking and how these changes have helped in creating a better and more positive mindset.
