The Power of Meditating

The power of Meditation.

The enlightenment.

Studying, working with, conducting, ultilizing and living with Meditation is an empowering tool.

Over the past five or so years, I have received knowledge and complemented my teachings with two lovely people who have studied and worked with The Meditation Practices for over 20 years.

A very fortunate person I am, to have been taken into their confidence and given instruction.

This has also led to a great friendship with my teachers.

I truly believe that the support of these two people has greatly helped me and my mindset with my current journey.

They took me under their wing and showed me their way of conducting and working with Om Meditation Practices.

In time, I also had the inclination and drive to conduct classes and pass on what I was taught along with my own uniqueness and knowledge.

This knowledge, which has accumulated over time has indeed been very beneficial to me and too the many others who have been to my Meditation and Healing sessions.

I would be floundering right now, if I had not received the Meditation instruction from Joe and Shirley. It has truly made a big difference to my mindset and how I view my current circumstances.

 

Working with Om, chanting and the knowledge that has come through to self  whilst doing these practices is paramount to my recovery.

It has worked for me in an amazing way.

I currently have no control over how or when matters are currently conducted, so I must go with the flow at this time.

I am down to basic Meditation and Om work, as my mind is only doing things in small steps at the moment, which is fine as I know in time I will get back to doing my 45-60 minute sessions.

Work with your body and mind, and do what you can to help yourself.

Doing something in a small way is better than not doing anything at all.

The knowledge is within you and it will never leave.

The imprint of Meditation vibrations will also remain within.

Connect on a regular basis with self.

Keep going with the Om work with or without a small Meditation session.

This beautiful energy embues you.

In times of need it supports you in ways you least expect.

The mind matters.

Calmness and reassurance comes into play when you are most distraught, in pain, and feeling lost and lonely.

These beautiful vibrations of calm pervade your being when you simply go with the flow.

Surrender to the journey.

Remember we are human and everyday is a different day and needs to be handled accordingly.

Rest when you can.

Walk when you are able.

Have a coffee date with a friend.

Change up your day with some company and at night settle the mind and body with a little OM work.

 

I cannot express enough how much being introduced to this specific type of Meditation with Om has changed my life.

It has changed my outlook on life and how I conduct my life.

I help others, when I can with Meditation Om work and healing sessions with Reiki or Intuitive healing.

I help others, so that they may help themselves to understand who they are and how they matter, that life is worth living and you can make a better life with the choices that you make.

Om work and Meditation has been crucial in how I have been handling illness for a lengthy period of time.

The past five or so years working with Joe and Shirley has given me insights, knowledge and the ability to see past the current issues and is enabling me to see the positives in my life.

I feel so very blessed right now.

These insights are incredible. The knowledge I have gained and the way I feel and connect with self is wonderful.

I feel like I am in the eye of the calm.

I know my journey is going to get a little tougher shortly.

I will be undergoing surgery and it will take time to recover.

I know this and also know that we will all get through our situations.

Having a better mindset and faith in the process will see us through it.

I am looking forward to having more Meditation OM sessions in the future.

It is so fulfilling, enlightening and changes aspects of self forever.
