Removing Ties
Removing and releasing ties, bonds and cords.
Removal of ties, bonds or cords from a situation or person.
Sit.
Relax.
Zone in on the situation or person using Meditation techniques and breath work.
Heighten your energy and remain relaxed with your breath work.
Imagine in your minds eye the situation you are in and the people involved.
If you feel you are attached to the situation or person/ and or persons in a negative way.
Your energy stores are being depleted.
Your mind set is changing directions.
You are becoming moody, unsettled, uncentred and disorientated.
It is time to release these connections and ties.
To do that, imagine the situation and the people involved . When you see or feel the ties, cords or bonds securing you to this situation, say out loud or in your head:
Unravel the cord/cords now.
Imagine the cords unwinding.
In minds eye see or feel the cord slowly unwinding at both ends.
The end which is connected to you and the other end which is connected to the situation or person/s.
The unwinding and releasing of the cord will sever the link between the person/s and /or situation.
This process may take awhile to complete.
.
On completion of unravelling, the cords will drop to the floor and all energies released are collected by Mother Earth or sent on high at your bidding.
You may now surround yourself in loving and cleansing white light.
Now surround yourself in blue light to soften your energy vibrations and provide protection to your energy fields.
These beautiful energies will offer protection to your energy vibrations and allow positive energy interactions with others to still take place with love and light.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
Quick breath in and a quick breath out.
Normal breathing.
Tune in to self.
Wiggle toes.
Become aware of your surroundings and OM seven times to complete and close your session.
Go on with your normal activities and allow all energy work to continue to take place.
Changes will occur and you will soon feel the difference in self, energy and mind.
Blessings
