Mantra Repetition

Mantra repetition is good for the soul.
It is good for the mind and spirit.
It is healing for the body as the energy centres fill with the appropriate energy vibrations and tones.
All contributing to easy movement and flow of energy throughout, within and around your body and into your auric fields and layers.
A complete workout and energy re-vitalization will occur.
A great way to heal old wounds, mental and physical.
To remove blocks, mental or physical.
To repair and heal body and mind.
To allow healing on all levels in the body and mind.

Mantra repetition assists and stabilizes, centres your body and mind.
Giving you the opportunity to bring your focus to the fore and to gain clarity of mind, thoughts and feelings.
To see your situation as it truly is.
To be more aware of self and your surroundings.

Mantra repetition brings forth
– Clarification
– Focus
– Faith
– Healing
– Balance of body and mind
– Correction of energy centres and energy flow within and around your body.

It is easy.
Simply sit, relax and breathe.
Hands folded in lap.
Sitting in a chair or on the floor in yoga pose.
Close eyes.
Breathe slowly in and out.
Deepen your inward breath.
Long exhale out.
Breathe.

Breath work begins with –
Breathe in and hold to count of three.
Breathe out on a count of three.
Continue for several minutes.
Now that you are more relaxed and focused on self, start your Mantra Repetition.

Begin with Om.
Sound out Om long.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Change it up now for the word “Love”.
Deep breath in.
Deep, long breath out.
Chant the word “Love” on a breath count of three.
Continue with the chanting of “Love” mantra for several minutes.
Love, love, love ….
You will begin to feel the flow and change of energy within.
Connect with your heart chakra whilst saying/chanting the word “Love”.
The energy will grow and bloom within your chest cavity.
Keep going for a few more minutes.
Rest.
Sound Om on a long breath.
Breathe and connect with all the energies moving within you.
Commence “Love” mantra for a few more minutes.
Love, love, love…
Rest.
Om once more on a long breath.
Sit quietly in this wonderful energy for 5-10 minutes.
Be still.
Allow all to move within and around your being.
After 5-10 minutes, take a deep breath in and hold for a count of three.
Slow release of breath on a count of three.
Resume normal breathing.
Mantra – Love, love, love three times.
Complete with Om.
Om three times to close your session.

Remain seated for a few more minutes to allow all energy centres and energy work to complete and settle down.
When you are ready open your eyes.
Shake your hands gently.
Stretch.
Deep breath in.
Deep long breath out.
Normal breathing.
When you are ready you may move around and stand up slowly.
Smile
You will feel different.
You are different.
More alert, centred and focused.

Listen to your body.
When you feel tired after a session take a rest or a nap.
Drink some water.
Healing continues after a session and everyone reacts and responds differently according to their needs.
Be mindful.
Listen and do what is best for you.
