Take time out to sit, relax, meditate and breathe.

Meditation is about breath work, calming the body and mind and centering your energies.

As well as building up your energy layers and zones.

Stabilising the mind.

Strengthening your core.

Sharpening your thoughts and focus and tuning in more deeply and connecting with your intuition.

Meditation has so many benefits.

So join in now to quieten the mind, energise the body and let your spirit soar.

Release the tensions and breathe in calmness, peace and joy.

Breathe out.

Lighten your energies.

Feel peace.

Connect with self.

Meditate for five to forty-five minutes.

Sit and relax listening to your soothing music.

Chant Om for five to fifteen minutes at the beginning of your session.

 

Work with your breath.

Long breath in.

Long breath out.

Deep breath in.

Deep breath out.

Get your rhythm going.

Relax and breathe.

I am who I am.

Your space is sacred.

Your space is safe and protected.

Chant and relax.

You are soothed by the music.

Allow your mind to travel and explore for five to ten minutes.

What is your sub-conscious trying to tell you.

Explore your inner thoughts.

Unravel the mysteries within.

Spend some time acknowledging your thoughts.

Breathe in.

Long breath out.

Relax.

Let it go.

Reflect and move on.

Om three times.

Deep breath in.

Normal breath out.

Deep breath in.

Normal breath out.

Release and relax.

Continue with your rhythmic breathing techniques.

Go with the flow for five to ten minutes.

Just be.

Normal breathing in and out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

You are now becoming aware of your body and self once more.

Breathe in.

Deep breath out.

Breathe in.

Long deep breath out.

Breath in.

Breath out.

You are now fully aware of body and self.

Gentle breathing in and out.

Wiggle your toes.

Flex and shake your hands and fingers.

In your own time open your eyes.

Take several more minutes to rest whilst your energies settle.

OM  seven times to complete and close your session.

When you are ready stand up and move around.

Refresh and hydrate your body with a fresh glass of water after your meditation session.
