Listen to the soothing sounds that play in the background

Listen deeply

Relax and drift into meditation, going deeper and deeper into meditative state on each out going breath

Breathing in deeply and slowly and releasing your breath slowly and long

Set up your breathing rhythm

Nice and gentle, long and slow, interspersed with short and quicker in and out breaths

Find your rhythm.

Gently breathing in and out, going deeper and deeper into the quiet zone of meditation

Allow your thoughts and feelings to flow

Release on the out breath and bring in positive intentions, vibrations and energy on the in breath

Stay in state for as long as you require

You will know when your session has finished, as your awareness will alter and your focus will shift

You will become aware of your immediate surroundings

You are back in the now

Stay resting for a further five to ten minutes to allow all vibration energy movement to settle

 

*OM to complete and close your session

 

*Incorporate some Om work into your meditation for a deeper energy vibration session.

* Om at start of meditation for five to ten minutes.
