Working with Self.

 

Plenty to learn.

Lots of working on self.

Illness seems to have come from outside influences.

Navigating the path whilst feeling under par, head fogged, little to no voice, low energy and diminished connections.

We are talking about diminished connections with family, friends, acquaintances as well as one’s spiritual connections with self and spirit.

Limited vocal capacities has led to minimalising interactions with everyone and nearly everything.

Being extra tired has been very fatiguing on many levels over the course and duration of this long road of unwellness.

During this time, periods of focus came to the forth enabling me to work on my energy, chakras, balance, clarity of mind, thoughts and vision with the use of  mantra.

A whole package of thoughts, ideas and mantra gradually materialised and has been incorporated into a routine that has helped me immensely.

The new routine has been very helpful and rewarding.

When you least expect growth, the universe provides.

 

This time around I am battling Pneumonia roughly 3 weeks after going into hospital for a Colonoscopy  and Gastroscopy.

It took six weeks to get over the Pneumonia, leaving me with a residual cough.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad throat reaction to the Gastroscopy this time around and was unwell for many weeks following that procedure.

My throat felt raw, painful, sore and again I encountered another bout of loss of voice, just as it was coming back too.

Three months from my hospital procedures  my voice has final come back in.

 

I continue to work on myself when I am able to focus and I implement the affirmations and energetic work.

Illness has a way of bringing forth many negative thoughts and feelings.

It is impacting and detrimental to not only one’s physical health but one’s mental health as well.

To curb this over reaction, over thinking and a depressive cycle it has been good to tap in, tune in and support my health, mental health and well-being when I have been able to focus with clarity of mind.

Those small periods of clarity and focus helped to turn my mindset around with the use of affirmations, energy work and believing in myself.

Further energy work came forward as I tuned in and continues to be regular routine now.

Centering the core, balancing of body, mind and spirit as well as balancing and stabilising the core centre, chakra centres, our emotional body, physical body and more.

Working on filling and fuelling my body and entire being with love for self.

Being optimistic and utilising the energy program that has come forth.

Energy work is fabulous.

It yields great results in time.

Believe in yourself.

Tune in and work with your energetic network, body and systems.

Lift up your spirit and keep the energies moving within.

Believe in yourself and your connections with self, affirmations, mantra and visualisation will aid your recovery.

Believe in you.

Honour you.

Tune in and work with your energetic system.

It truly is a spiritual journey navigating your health journey.

Body, mind and spirit.

Walk your path with love for yourself, for your being, for all that you are and for who you are.
