Work through it bit by bit.

Chunk it.

Cut it down.

Work with Self over the duration.

Meditate.

Om.

Chant.

Relax and rest the body and mind.

Heal the worries with soothing sounds.

Release the tension with a big sigh.

Breathe deeply and release on a long breath.

Do this several times and then resume your normal breathing pattern.

Chant with Om several times.

Feel the sound vibration of Om resonate within you.

Feel the calm within spread from your belly to encompass your entire being.

Om for peaceful energy, thoughts and vibrations.

Rest.

Mind and body are more at ease now.

You feel calmer and soothed.
