Garden Time

Garden Time

What a wonderful time it is to spend some time in the garden.

To sit on a blanket in the warming sun.

To feel uplifted and joyous as the wonderful rays of the sun dance upon your body.

To feel the warm touch of the golden rays as they beam down upon you.

It is a great time to sit quietly in yoga pose with eyes closed for a short duration to conduct your garden meditation.

To sit and relax in yoga pose.

To breathe gently in and out.

Deep breath in.

Long breath out.

Quick breath in.

Long breath out.

Gentle breath in, hold for count of three.

Gentle breath out on count of three.

Continue to breathe in and out on the count of three.

Find your rhythm.

Relax.

Allow your energies to recharge with each in going breath.

Release unwanted energy vibrations on the out going breath.

Breathing in fresh and vibrant energies.

Allow the positive energies to flow throughout your body correcting your energy movement within.

Breathing gently in.

Breathing gently out.

Rest and relax.

Meditate for ten minutes.

Allow thoughts, visions, answers, solutions to come to the fore.

Enjoy your time in meditation in the garden.

Gently breathing in.

Gently breathing out.

The sun continues to warm you.

Its golden rays beaming over you as you sit quietly.

Knowledge awaits you.

Answers come forth.

Delightful visions play out in front of you.

Feel vibrant, alive and filled with joy.

Gently breathing in.

Gently breathing out.

Smile.

You feel wonderful.

You feel refreshed.

Spending time relaxing in the garden is so very rewarding.

Close to nature.

Sitting upon mother earth.

Feel the vibrations and the connections.

The sounds of the trees as the wind blows.

The rustle of leaves.

The birds chirping.

Mother Nature soothes us.

Deep breath in, on a count of three.

Deep breath out, on a count of three.

Quick breath in.

Quick breath out.

Deep breath in.

Long breath out.

Normal breathe in.

Normal breathe out.

Bring your awareness back to now.

Feel the blanket and ground beneath you.

Deep breath in.

Quick breath out.

Normal breath in.

Normal breath out.

Gentle breath in.

Gentle breath out.

Wiggle your toes and fingers.

Open your eyes.

You are now fully aware and focused.

You are centred, balanced and refreshed.

All memories of your session are vivid and you have retained all answers and solutions to your questions.

Om to complete and close your meditation session.

Om three times.

In your own time stand up and slowly stretch.

Enjoy a glass of water at the end of your session.

Blessings

Karen
