Life Balance

Life Balance

Exercising the mind whilst exercising the body is greatly beneficial to the whole of your being.

We are a compact little unit.

Balance is essential to maintain a well rounded life.

Mentally we are challenged on a day to day basis along with the daily physical challenges our bodies face and endure.

Maintenance is the key to a rewarding life and a well functioning body.

I must say, a fair few of us face physical challenges along our journey, some on a daily basis, accompanied with the mental anguish and discomfort that goes hand in hand with this sequence of events.

I am, myself finding being mentally fit at the same time as correcting my physical fitness  the key to moving positively through this scenario.

Working on mental and physical fitness together will prove to aid one in recovery.

My daughter-in-laws are currently involving me in the Fitbit daily and weekly workout challenges. Clocking up my steps, having a go at improving fitness levels at my own pace, in a fun and healthy competitive way.

I am laughing to myself, as I cannot keep up with them.

The light bulb moment happened last night.

I am thrilled that I was included in the challenges.

I have realised it does not matter how much you step out in a day. It is about keeping moving at your own pace and ultimately improving your fitness on the mental and physical plane.

So, thank you girls for providing another learning opportunity, a light bulb moment and a healthy view on exercising.

It is in my best interest to move a little more and improve my fitness level or maintain it in the lead up to further surgery, so that my recovery is smoother and I bounce back quicker.

The last year has seen me become less and less active due to my issues.

In the time I have before the next lot of surgery I will strive to maintain my level of activity.

Another corner turned.

Physical health plays an important role in our mental health and the overall health of our entire being.

The health and stability of ourselves, our Chakras, energy flow, mental acuity and balance.

Do your best to move a little more.

Rest when your body signals it has done enough and see the changes in your mental health.

Start slowly and build yourself up.

Exercise your mind and body and rest up, relax and restore when your heed your bodies signals to replenish.

We just need to listen to our bodies.

Listen.

Our body state tells us so much.

Listen to what it is telling you and work with your body to improve your physical and mental health.

They do go hand in hand.

Thank you to the people who journey into our lives.

Information received, words spoken and activities undertaken provide us with the sustenance we need to move forward and thrive.

Move your body.

Improve your perceptions.

Open your mind.

Let the light in.

Move better and easier each day, each month and each year.

Journey forth with exuberance and confidence.

Find life balance while improving your mental and physical fitness.

Blessings
