Sand
Pebbles
Palm of hands
Holding
Seated yoga pose
Sounds of waves (music of nature or other)
Close eyes.
Begin Breathe Work.
Relax for 5-10 mins.
 
Soothe, release, relax and fill with energy.
 
OM x 3
Open eyes and reflect on imagery and feelings.
 
Rest for 5-10
Stand up slowly , stretch and move when ready.
